Hello dear. Yes. All your liver enzymes are elevated. There is definitely liver damage. Thats what it indicates. It is due to your consumption of alcohol.

Normal blood test results for typical liver function tests include:

1. ALT: 7 to 55 units per liter (U/L)
2. AST: 8 to 48 U/L
3. ALP: 45 to 115 U/L
4. Albumin: 3.5 to 5.0 grams per deciliter (g/dL)
5. Total protein: 6.3 to 7.9 g/dL
6. Bilirubin (Direct + indirect): 0.1 to 1.2 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL)
7. GGT: 9 to 48 U/L
8. LD: 122 to 222 U/L

You need to abstain completely from alcohol for 1 or 2 years and give time for your liver to heal itself. Eat nutritious food. Dont take lot of oily food. Drink lots of water and fruit juice.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
